9 month progress

For the last 9 months, I've been doing my weekly measurements every Sunday ever since I started eating Paleo and it's crazy to see my numbers then to seeing my numbers now.

 

06/17/2012: (starting week in inches)

Neck - 17.5

Shoulders - 51.5

Chest - 48.5

Bicep - 18.5

Waist - 50.5

Hips - 48

Legs - 29

 

03/03/2013: (current week in inches)

Neck - 16

Shoulders - 45.5

Chest - 43.5

Bicep - 14.5

Waist - 44

Hips - 42.5

Legs - 22.5

 

Total Lost: (in inches)

Neck - 1.5

Shoulders - 6

Chest - 5

Bicep - 4

Waist - 6.5

Hips - 5.5

Legs - 6.5

 

When I first started measuring myself as well, I was about 305lbs and now I'm down to 245lbs as of 02/26/13 so yay for losing 60lbs as well :P Crazy what can happen when you find a site on the web that helps you change for the better so thanks Nerd Fitness :) Also, congrats to everyone else and I wish much continued success on all of your journeys!
