Drewstein69 Posted March 4, 2013 Report Share Posted March 4, 2013 For the last 9 months, I've been doing my weekly measurements every Sunday ever since I started eating Paleo and it's crazy to see my numbers then to seeing my numbers now. 06/17/2012: (starting week in inches)Neck - 17.5Shoulders - 51.5Chest - 48.5Bicep - 18.5Waist - 50.5Hips - 48Legs - 29 03/03/2013: (current week in inches)Neck - 16Shoulders - 45.5Chest - 43.5Bicep - 14.5Waist - 44Hips - 42.5Legs - 22.5 Total Lost: (in inches)Neck - 1.5Shoulders - 6Chest - 5Bicep - 4Waist - 6.5Hips - 5.5Legs - 6.5 When I first started measuring myself as well, I was about 305lbs and now I'm down to 245lbs as of 02/26/13 so yay for losing 60lbs as well Crazy what can happen when you find a site on the web that helps you change for the better so thanks Nerd Fitness Also, congrats to everyone else and I wish much continued success on all of your journeys!
