Lost 2.5 lbs on my first week of Rebel Fitness Guide workouts

I started my first week of the Level 2 Recruit workouts on Monday with a goal of losing 2 pounds. Although I missed one workout (my second interval run), I surpassed my goal.

 

Starting weight: 160 lbs

Weight after 5 days: 157.5

 

I'm setting a goal to lose another two this coming week. WOOOOOOOOOT!!!!!!
