Sandree Posted April 15, 2013 Report Share Posted April 15, 2013 Hello!!! One of my friends has been doing a lot of get fit stuff lately and her changes have been AMAZING!!! I started feeling bad about how I was just letting my life go past and not really thinking about long term consequences to my actions, or more so LACK of actions. I am right now working on figuring out what my SMART goals are going to be for this challenge! I have never really struggled with my weight or personal appearance but there is no question that I am not in shape in the slightest. My boyfriend and I have decided to work on motivating each other over the next 6 weeks to help us accomplish our goals. We want to live long and healthy lives together and are finally kicking it into gear!Looking forward to posting my progress and reading everyone else's as this goes along.
