Paladin Posted April 24, 2013 Report Share Posted April 24, 2013 This morning I added another 5# to my Bench Press, bringing me up to 149# (assuming the bar is 44#). That equates to as close to 3/4 of my body weight as I can get to without exceeding it, and here in a few weeks that'll be less than 3/4 anyway. Next week I will do 154# and crush that milestone!
