Hey guys,

I created a book called "The Science of Getting Ripped". It's geared towards busy guys with wives, and kids, and careers who find it hard to squeeze fitness into their busy life (like me)

The premise is that if you manipulate your weights, sets, reps, cardio, diet, and rest, you can get lean and ripped in under 3 hours per week.

I have busted my chops creating this for other guys like me and wanted to get your feedback before I release it.

I know I'm new here, but I have a TON of respect for Steve and all of you guys here, so I thought I'd come here to get feedback!

I'd be happy to send you a copy of the book so feel free to reach out let me know what you think.

Thanks!

Raza

I'd review it if I got a free read. I assume there is a heavy emphasis on the whole "Diet is 80% of the work" idea?
