8 Months In

Today is exactly 8 months since my first crossfit session & the beginning of my decision to make positive changes. I distinctly remember learning the overhead press and struggling to get the empty 45 lb bar above my head. I weighed myself (1st day of the month) and later I retested my 1 rep max press. The results...

 

I am precisely 40 lbs lighter and that (no longer empty) barbell is now 40 lbs heavier.

 

The symmetry makes me happy.
