rogaecia
Well, I finished my April goal of logging in 100 miles for the month. This is week two of eating clean and I am loving it. It is also very interesting how immediate the effects of not eating clean can be. I have set a new goal of logging in 100 miles again in the month of May. This month I want to focus on speeding up. Last month I was not in the best shape emotionally and crammed in the last 36 miles in about 7 days. I am glad I did it, but I think that eating cleaner is helping me feel overall better balanced and I plan to incorporate that in my running. For now I have 4 miles a day as my goal with longer weekend runs when I do not work. I found out that I really enjoy going long. I mean, after 6 miles who's counting anyway?
