Hi there everyone!

Hey there everyone in the Rebellion!

 

My name is George, and I am new to the forums but definitely not new to NF. this site is awesome!!!

 

I am currently weighing in at 230 lbs (last time I stepped on a scale) and I am going to to stop collecting underpants and start moving on to phase two. I started eating paleo (I actually started a while ago), making lunches and dinners ahead of time to automate as much as possible. Hitting the gym 3-4 times a week as well as doing body weight exercises at home.

 

I think I'm doing all the right things, hoping to learn more along the way. Welcome to any and all encouragement and advice thanks everyone for being an awesome community!
