This week 3 people made mention that they could see changes in me...I had to buy smaller jeans and I fit into shorts bought 3 yrs ago...I had a great workout...and a great weekend!! Today I visited my family for my dad's birthday, and was able to cook and eat a normal meal with them. It was so pleasant, and I'm just so thrilled that I was able to participate, and even enjoy it!
