Hey all, I'm Mark Malcolm, The Cavalier. I'm new to Nerd Fitness but my wife has been here for a few weeks/months.  I'm working to get the desire shifted back into discipline where my work out is concerned.  I've grown fat, lazy, and sloppy and need to get my conditioning back in line with what my brain thinks I can still do.  I know how to work out I just need to keep motivated and energized for the next couple of months so I can rebuild the habit again.  Thanks in advance.

I've already begun my workout anew.  In a couple weeks we'll see where I'm at but yeah, I don't see why not.  The point of all this is goal setting and striving so I'll have to see where I am in two weeks and what six week reasonable fitness goals might look like for me.
