Incantor Posted June 1, 2013 Report Share Posted June 1, 2013 For my entire life, even when I was in the best shape of my life, shopping has been kinda the bane of my existence. After about 15 minutes my back would start to ache, and it would get worse and worse. I'd have to sit down and rest. It was embarrassing. But today I went shopping for hours (picking up some stuff for my anniversary mini-vacation) and I just realized that my back never hurt at all!
