What Do You Wear to Workout?

Recommended Posts

Keeping it simple: warm days-athletic shorts and an athletic t-shirt; cold days-just add a sweatshirt (and maybe warm-up pants if it's really cold). If it ain't broke...

I usually work out mornings so I go to bed in trainers/loose fitting shorts plus men's tank top or t-shirt and I work out in them the next day.  I workout at home indoors so I'm barefoot.  If it's really hot or if I miss a morning session and I'm making up in the afternoon I work out shirtless.

I always wear shorts that go almost to the knee when I go to the gym...the idea of sitting my bare legs on places where someone else sweated creeps me out :)

Running though I wear Nike shorts that have the compression shorts attached!

Tech shirts (usually from races) are my shirts of choice for all activities :)

I wish I could wear tech shirts, another 10-15 lb and the gut might go away and allow it. I have 3-4 sitting in my drawer, some for 2 years now, that I won't wear because of the rolls.
