raggedsweater Posted June 7, 2013 Report Share Posted June 7, 2013 My bodyfat back at the end of February, beginning of March when I weighed 174 lbs was 24.6%. I just got measured yesterday and, at 167 lbs, my body fat is 19.5%! I'm in the teens! Rolling back the clock, I feel younger and stronger. I'm a teenager again... except I was a pretty weak and sickly teenager. Anyway, yeah... NEW LIFE. I hope I can keep this up.
