goal : 205 or 15 percent body fat

bench : 180

squat : 295

Still working on mine, too! Targeting my upper arms, shoulders and back with this challenge, lots of heavy lifting... planning to do one by the end of the six weeks! :D

The cancer was aggressive, but the chemotherapy was aggressive, as well.

There was aggression on both sides.
