chiz89
Quick query that has confused me! I am thinking about starting the barbel batallion training that i just purchased on the rebel strength guide. Are the routines meant to be added to your regular routine or meant to replace your usual routine? There doesn't seem to be a great deal of exercises per session. Thanks in advance. Gainsdalf the Whey
These are meant to be their own training sessions. They may not seem like a lot, but once the weights get heavy, they will be taxing. If you are recovering enough and have the energy to do other things, feel free.
