Rebel Strength Guide

Recommended Posts

So I just downloaded the Rebel Strength Guide. I did the 4 week basic training. I want to do both the Barbell training and the Bodyweight Brigade workouts.

Can I do both of these programs at the same time?

Possibly do the Barbell workout then bodyweight MWF and rest days in between.

you can. it's tricky to do aggressive body weight programs along side aggressive barbell programs.

YES it can be done- but YES It is easy to do too much.

But 3 days a week is more than adequate and fine-I tend to run a program like that 6 days a week and it doesn't work as well LOL

You really just need to listen to your body.

I like the idea of doing them on the same day and keeping the rest days rather than doing one or the other every day.  Try it out and see if you are recovering enough.

I agree with this... Give it a try and let us know how it feels.
