Maledictus Posted July 7, 2013 Report Share Posted July 7, 2013 So I squatted 100kg for ROM this week and managed a 1/4 squat on 120kg.I deadlifted 100kg the day after for a couple of reps.My diet didn't result in any weight loss this week. I put on 2 pounds, although my lean mass went up by 4 lbs. So I think that's a win as well. My body fat is now 20.9% (from 24.3% a month ago) and my fat mass went from 24.1kg to 19.7kg. Plus I get a cheat day in a week. Other than my diamond shoes being too tight, life seems pretty good atm.
