Terra Posted July 8, 2013 Report Share Posted July 8, 2013 Hello Nerd Fitness! I've been looking for a community and place to track my fitness goals. Without goals and accountability I get off track pretty fast! I have started my battle log already and have two simple goals to start. First I will be ditching the sugar! I've eaten paleo for about a year but this last month the sugar demon has been camped out at my house. So its time to banish the demon!!! Second I have an exercise plan that I will stick to. WMF are lifting days at lunch time. Nothing to crazy, just a "quicky lifty" so simple and quick! T&TH are intervals or just walking. And on weekends my family will do something fun and active together like geocaching, golf, hiking or the climbing wall. I do better with a strong support system and am hoping to find that here at NF.
