New PR on the Deads

That's awesome! Next time test yourself out and pull a few heavy singles of increasing weight. I love doing that at the end of my DL workouts and usually can't resist pulling a few heavies after my 5 rep working set.

Man I was shot yesterday. I just started 5/3/1 BBB and I couldn't finish my working sets after those big pulls. I was planning on trying to pull some singles after I did 380 but I was feeling it more than I'm used too (which is good). I probably could have pulled 450 for sure yesterday if I hadn't done 6 at 380. 

 

I'm so addicted to pushing/pulling weight now it's scary. I have to reign myself in a lot or I'll hurt myself.
