Hey Everyone!  Jedi39 here...I'm a 39 year old Mom of two who is looking to get back into shape.  I am a gamer, self-proclaimed Star Wars Geek, and I have a desk job...which means NO physical activity.  I used to do Yoga regularly, and plan to use that as the basis of my new Physical portion of my weight loss goal. I try to walk, when I can, but having two active kids means not much time to carve out for myself.  

 

I am trying to get my Hubs on board as well as we can both shed some unwanted extra pounds that we have accrued over 15 years of Marriage.
