odin176 Posted July 11, 2013 Report Share Posted July 11, 2013 The weirdest thing just happened today. I recently joined NF because I want to be able to do a chin up, maybe even a pull up. I've been doing relevant exercises, but so far no luck. I'm close but I'm not there yet. But today - sort of by accident - I found myself touching my toes without bending my knees. Heck, I could even grab my toes. This might not sound like a biggie, but I haven't been able to this for 20 years. It's so weird. I thought I would get stronger, but instead I became more flexible. The weird thing is, I wasn't even shocked when it happened. I had been slowly working my way up to it for a while then, and it just happened.
