JessOfAllTrades
<3 Deadlifts. Very popular with the lifters here. Now that I've been lifting for over a month I can see why. Welcome to the rebellion! Sounds like you've got a lot going on, but you have some goals ready to go and thinks to try. There are lots of people here who are wonderful mentors and teachers when it comes to trying something new, so I hope you find what you're looking for! Ninj
Good attitude towards the weight number. Keep working on getting better bit by bit day by day. Stabilization exercises sound like an excellent idea to me for helping with your shoulder. Even though your shoulder may not have fully healed, if you can reinforce it by having highly adept stabilization muscles along with synergists, I suspect you'll be able to counteract some shoulder deficiency. This is general speculation based on my knowledge as a CPT and without knowing the specifics of your injury, so take it for what it is. Link to comment
RittenRemedy
Planning for my first challenge. No idea what the goal should be, which is kind of a huge problem, but I need an excuse to buy a t shirt. A Little Bit of R&R Link to comment
