A different woot

Tonight I went out for dinner with friends who I haven't seen in ages and decided I would use a cheat meal. I had a beautiful venison dish and only at half the potato gratin. Then we had some dessert, I could only manage half of it. This is in itself a woot for me, I normally wolf my food down and lick the plate! The second part to this woot is that I have now been sitting at home feeling extremely bloated and uncomfortable. Such a good sign that my body actually wants and needs healthy food!

So I'm happy and only have another 3kg to drop till I'm at my goal weight! Bring on next week, looking forward to healthy food and exercise. May even add in some more weights as a wee reward
