Misugrrl Posted July 30, 2013 Report Share Posted July 30, 2013 Just wanted to share here. About a month ago, I started going back to the gym. About 2 weeks ago, I worked up to the elliptical. I could do about 6 minutes on it - with frequent breaks. Every day, I've gotten on that elliptical and done a little more. Today, I hit a milestone. 70 minutes on the elliptical, non-stop. I do other stuff at the gym, but that elliptical was something I wanted to conquer. And today, I did.
