whoiwas
On June 13 I weighed 263 pounds as a result of a horrific diet. On June 27 I weighed 247 as the result of a better diet and better eating patterns (watching for worthless carbs, no snack foods late at night). On July 19 I weighed 240 Then...9 days of vacation (cue theme music from "Jaws") - pizza, beer, cheeseburgers, beer, ice cream, beer, snacks, beer, and oh yeah, I had some more beer. I sheepishly climbed on scale Sunday to accept the consequences of my actions...241! Not as bad as I feared - Thank God for plenty of island biking, fighting ocean waves, pool swimming and horseplay with 2 sons. Back on the plan and this morning I weighed in at 238, and my workout strength levels were right where they were when I left. The first 25 pounds are gone!
