Jazmin Posted September 4, 2013 Report Share Posted September 4, 2013 After many months (and tears and freak outs) of slowly building up from where Restorative Yoga for Round bodies (aka Yoga for fat broken people) was a challenge (Jan 2013), to giving up the cane (April 2013), to a slow 5k charity walk (June 2013), to not falling off the bike (July 2013) to a super sprint triathlon. (375m swim, 10k bike, 2.5k run). Not half bad for the fat broken chick. Now I'm planning for the next one. Quote Link to comment
