TobiasJDM
Hi, I'm Toby. I was on here a looooong time ago, but I'm back now with more serious aspirations. Here are a few of the things I'm working on: Fitness related:-New body weight workout.-Getting back into rock climbing heavily.-Swimming.-Biking.-Running. Big goal: Eventually speed run the Appalachian Trail. Try to beat the record. Other things:-Polyphasic sleep schedule. I'm currently in the first week of the Dymaxion created by Bucky Fuller. 4 30 minute naps every 6 hours.-Reading more often.-Fixing my nutrition. Long term fixes:-Starting a farm that covers my expenses.-Going to college for either Psychology or Veterinarian.-Building a house.-Starting a no kill animal shelter. I may be forgetting some things, but that's the best of it. I came back here because I'd like to keep track of all of it in ways that keep me accountable. I have a lot of things going on and I'd like to make sure it all gets posted in appropriate places so some help with that would be appreciated. Thanks for any help and welcomes. Quote Link to comment
AKLulu
Welcome back! Sounds like you have a lot to strive for, but very doable goals. I don't know that I can really point you in the right directions, but start with one thing at a time and you'll get it all where you need to go Good luck! lawrencep93
Nice man, welcome back. I think you should work 2-3 goals in a month, and set smaller goals per week. Like week one might just be do 2 days of bodyweight work out.Week two, do it 3 times and go for a run or two.Week 3, do it 3 times, and maybe dig up the garden or get some pots and put some plants in it you can eat. and so on, make small changes in short term that lead to big changes/goals in the long run.
