czaltran Posted November 4, 2013 Report Share Posted November 4, 2013 Hello, new insurgent here.Well, i am from Brazil, 23, 1.68m with 83 kg and rising. (not my height)So when a discovered that i'm fattening, 5 kg ago, i mean 5 year ago. I tried many ways to stop and back to the 70 kg, without success.Then i discover nf. and i figured out that i'm a overeager beaver, fork outrunner, and a little bit of no-fun-haver and shiny object chaser. Then now i'm trying to avoid these mistakes and created a goal to this week. I will run around my neighborhood (1,8 km) 6 times a week, timing and trying to getting better every day. Also i'm eating less carbs, limitanting the consume by 2 slices of bread and a spoon of rice a day.This is my first target, so wish me luck! Quote Link to comment
