Learning to Rock Life

My name is Erin.  I've been a follower of Nerd Fitness for almost a year now.  I've been on and off the get healthy train for a number of years and nothing has ever stuck.  BUT, I have successfully completed 2.5 weeks of Boot Camp and I'm into this for the long haul and I want to share my successes here with you.  I don't like myself right now.  I don't feel good about myself right now.  I suck at life right now and I've got to turn it around because I don't want to turn my kids into me.

Welcome, Erin Glad to have you here! We all have our ups and downs, but at least you're keeping on keeping on. We're here if you need us! It sucks to be in a place where you dislike yourself, but you can't depend on fitness to turn that around. No matter how fit you are, there will always be things you criticize about yourself, so start loving yourself NOW. Good luck! And if you have any questions or just need someone to bounce ideas off of, there's always someone around. Don't be afraid to ask!
