scooterskeen Posted November 8, 2013 Report Share Posted November 8, 2013 I'm tired of losing around 8-10 pounds and quitting every time... I really want this time to be different. So what am I doing to ensure this? Writing everything I eat and drink down along with my work outs, getting involved with positive influences on my decision to get healthy, and taking it one step at a time. If anyone has been through this like I have gone through please share with me what you did to get on task. I realize restarting during the holiday season is crazy, but I really want to do this right.
