I had been applying Intermittent Fasting for the last 3 weeks but I just wanted to understand more about it. Actually I am not new to exercise as I used to do interval running outside, then I have done about 30 days of Insanity and few days of p90x and went to a gym also for 3 months.... I always had a on and off relationship with exercising but from the past 2 months I am focussed on increasing my height. I just wanted to mention some of goals which I think I should be able to achieve soon with the help of Nerd Fitness: 1) First my goal is to increase my height and grow taller, which I am already working towards... 2) Then my goal is to get a ripped and muscular body like Hugh Jackman like the one he built in Wolverine..... 3) Third goal is to increase strength and stamina as I had finished all of it when I used to smoke so I need to build it back up.... I hope all of these goals of mine can be achieved through Nerd Fitness.... Cheers Quote Link to comment
