I work as a computer technician and as you can imagine this doesn't really involve any manual labour and the hours are a pain. I used to do some boxing a few years back and I will probably go back to it or a class of Krav Maga during this month. The real reason for this post though is that on the 29th of March 2014 my country will host a Legion Run. I keep reading here that you need to have specific goals so here is mine. I have until that date to get in shape and complete a 5km obstacle course that includes just about anything that you can imagine. A few vitals in case anyone wonders 1.70ish height, weight is about 60k. Quote Link to comment
