fitnessnut101 Posted November 11, 2013 Report Share Posted November 11, 2013 Hi names rich im 26yr old engineer from sussex stats6ft / 183cmweight 78kg 12.4stonemeasurements waist naval 34, chest 36, neck 14 Workout 3 x a weekten tigers a (monday)Bench press 3x8deadlift 3x8military press 3x8squat 3x8chin up/pull up 3x8 (iso curls if cant do chin ups no energy etc)reverse crunches 3x18 extraTen tigers b (wed)Deadlift 3x8Dips 3x8 or bench dips 3x20db lunges 3x8per legShoulder press 3x8Bent over row 3x8Reverse crunches 3x18 extraThats an example and i have revised versions which has a few different bits in. I also play football and hockey as my cardio 1-2 a week My diet is pretty good 40% carbs 35% protein and 25%fat i eat 2200calories to shift the gutor 40% protein 30% carbs and 30% fat I was 14.5 stone in august and have shifted it all except a little belly but its getting smaller.
