Hi names rich im 26yr old engineer from sussex

 

stats

  • 6ft / 183cm
  • weight 78kg 12.4stone
  • measurements waist naval 34, chest 36, neck 14

 

Workout 3 x a week

  • ten tigers a (monday)
  • Bench press 3x8
  • deadlift 3x8
  • military press 3x8
  • squat 3x8
  • chin up/pull up 3x8 (iso curls if cant do chin ups no energy etc)
  • reverse crunches 3x18 extra
  • Ten tigers b (wed)
  • Deadlift 3x8
  • Dips 3x8 or bench dips 3x20
  • db lunges 3x8per leg
  • Shoulder press 3x8
  • Bent over row 3x8
  • Reverse crunches 3x18 extra

Thats an example and i have revised versions which has a few different bits in.

 

I also play football and hockey as my cardio 1-2 a week

 

My diet is pretty good 40% carbs 35% protein and 25%fat i eat 2200calories to shift the gut

or 40% protein 30% carbs and 30% fat

 

I was 14.5 stone in august and have shifted it all except a little belly but its getting smaller. Getting there
