riv3r Posted November 14, 2013 Report Share Posted November 14, 2013 Hello everyone, Former Starcraft gamer, recent Stargate marathoner, and current Wool reader (yea, I'm behind...), I'm glad I found this website. Currently in my late 20's, I've made some strides in fitness on my own, but have come to the realization that a community of support can really help with the motivation and accountability aspects of fitness. I bought the book "Bigger, Leaner, Stronger" and so far it's been a good read, with a multitude of practical advice. Looking forward to posting here more often, meeting new and motivated people, and possibly having accountability buddies. Quote Link to comment
