A return and a renewal

Hello! I use to be a member of this forum a few years ago (under a different name I did not think to recover my old name before creating a new one) and I showed progress. Life happened and I left the forum. I did my best to maintain my path however life happens and I fell off the band wagon and have been trying to catch up since. I have not gained the weight i lost but I have not made any progress either. I have returned here to the forum because the last time I felt like I was making any progress was when I was here. So here I am returned and with a new conviction. 

 

I have returned and I want to renew myself and once again walk down the path to physical enlightenment so to speak.

The fact that you haven't regained the weight you lost is great. You can just pick up where yu left off! We'll be there to cheer you on!
