I've been doing the Angry Birds workout for three weeks now (third week in progress), and I've more than tripled my squat reps! The first time I only managed to do 31 reps in 3 sets. Yesterday I did 107 in 3 sets. I can't really believe I've improved so much so quickly. I almost feel like I did something wrong when I started. I'm so happy right now I feel a little silly.
