Cleric training to be an assassin-kicking machine

Hello everybody,

Call me Jim. I am a human (half-dwarf?) Cleric. My cover by day is an accountant and by night game master. I'm also a Sunday school teacher and storyteller.

I joined up this corner of the internet because one of my kids in church told me, "You should lose some weight; I don't want you to die early." That's when it struck me. I didn't want to be some buff guy, just a guy that kids would look up to and get something good from.

Currently, my only problem is that I am over weight, as said by the doctor in our annual physical exam. My blood pressure is normal, cholesterol is normal, everything is normal; and I wanna keep it that way, minus the weight. I'm glad to be here and I hope we could all be good friends in my war against fat and being tired after walking just three flights of stairs. I hope I could help you as much as you could help me.

I did workout on my own before finding nerdfitness. but since I started to follow the guide line of the diet and the workout, i feel even better Wanna loose weight you're in the right place. Once you mind is set nothing can stop you
