I was looking for info on workouts without equipement online, saw a video about using a park to workout, and found the page. LOVE IT. I'm hooked, and I can't wait to share. A little about me: I'm a Vegan chef, and own my own restaurant. I'm also a panelist on a geek-related weekly podcast, so this place already feels like home. It's going to be interesting incorperating Paleo into my diet, since I am ethically opposed to eating animal products. But I love a challenge! I am 6'3" and used to weigh 350 pounds. I did Weight Watchers for a while, and took the weight down to 220, and managed to keep it off for a few years. After opening the restaurant, the weight has been creeping back up...
