Goofyfoot Posted December 3, 2013 Report Share Posted December 3, 2013 So, I have been eating Paleo 100% for 5 days now (Seriously, why did it take me so long to hear of this community!?) and I feel fantastic.One thing I have taken a particular liking to, is onions. Cook em up with my scrambled eggs, saute with my ground beef and peppers...LOVE em. What I DON'T love, is the aftertaste when the meal is finished...so I have been brushing my teeth more, just purely because I prefer minty fresh to onion breath. Instead of doing my usual "just before bed, floss if I'm not too tired" it has been "meal is over, brush those teeth and rinse your mouth out onion guy!" Is it weird I am excited to go in for my dental cleaning in about a month and a half? I've been lazy lately because I've had braces and you can't see my nasty teeth through the metal anyways. (Sarcastic yay for adult braces. Congrats on sticking with the paleo!
