Another Adventurer wishes to join me in the rebellion!

Recommended Posts

Hey all, I have been doing NF for a little over two weeks, and feel fantastic and am making excellent, noticeable progress.  But this isn't about me!

A co-worker of mine is interested in getting healthier, and he is the exact opposite of me.  He is 5'3, and about 80-90lbs.  Very tiny fellow.

He isn't very internet/computer inclined, and asked me to help out with what he should be doing ( I directed him here, and he found the webpage very confusing).  The kicker here, is he suffers from Fiber Mialga(Spelling?) and it often acts up, preventing him from doing any vigorous exercise.

I told him he needs to load up on fruits/veggies and meats on the fattier side, and to do the beginner body weight circuit if he can get all the way thru, remembering to warm-up before and stretch after.  Any other advice, or did I give him wrong advice?

He saw the change I made in two weeks and wants to make one too, help me help him!

I haven't made a goal, I have made a lifestyle change.

I am not where I want to be, but I am closer than I was yesterday.

It was hard to make changes at first, I will never go back.

The only person that was standing in my way was me.

Now that I have gotten out of my way, nothing can stop me!
