Hi guys!

            I'm brand spanking new to the community and just thought I'd say a big hellooo to all!

I've recently embarked on the 'Clean eating' way of life, after unfortunately dipping back into some unpleasant ED tendencies, and can honestly say I'll never look back! :D

I've also started strength training,and am most definitely in love with weighted squats!

It's such a relief not to worry about body weight and just to care about how much I can lift and the progress I make!

 

Anyway, that's enough from me, I'm off to work out!
