Mike Phillips
New guy from South Florida, I found Nerd Fitness looking for diet and exercise information. There's TONS of diet and exercise info on the Internet but I really like Steve's style of writing and after spending a few hours reading his articles I figured I join the forum. I run a major forum so I consider myself a "forum guy" and really appreciate a professionally run helpful forum. I'd say from experience that a great forum has a personality that takes on the character of the core members and especially the leader of the pack. A good forum attracts good people too... After reading through the forum today this looks like an exceptional forum community. I've downloaded the Paleo Central App today and tomorrow morning I'm going to switch up my weight training to circuit training instead of how I normally lift and that is to do a set of a single type of exercises, (usually 3 sets of 8-12 reps). I'm missing my right leg, just above the knee so I can't do squats and other leg structured exercises. I'm also switching to the Paleo diet. I kind of follow it right now but going to tighten it up starting with stopping the drinking of diet Mountain Dew. Looking forward to the forum... Mike Quote Link to comment
Bekah
Hi Mike Welcome to the Rebellion! Have you looked at the info about challenges yet? They are really motivating, to me at least.
