I did 8 reps with the 45# BB the other day; I probably could have done more but felt like I was about to drop the bar and did not really want to risk dropping it on my feet. Second, the Thank You: I wrote out my list of resolutions this morning, complete with specific goals and a grading system. I learned that here, and I thank Steve and Staci and all of you for that.
