freyja41 Posted January 1, 2014 Report Share Posted January 1, 2014 Hello, my husband found this group and encouraged me to join with him as we are both determined to make some diet and fitness improvements in our lives. We have both been pretty bad with the couch potato sydrome once we get home from our jobs and have packed on some pounds because of it. I have already signed up for the next 6 week challenge that starts Jan 6th and am really looking forward to looking and feeling better this year. 2 Quote Link to comment
