liwlig Posted January 3, 2014 Report Share Posted January 3, 2014 Hi,My name is Linda and as stated - from Sweden.I have worked out more or less my entire life but I'm one of those that starts but never finish.So here I'm - fulltime working mum of two and getting closer and closer to 40 and I would like to be in great shape when I do turn 40.My goal is to lose around 15kg but more important is that I would like to have 20-25 in bodyfat insted of say 30-35%Another goal is to have more fun in general So now Im signing up for my first 6weeks challange. 1 Quote Link to comment
