But truth be told, I've been stealing from your guides for a few months. I decided to join for two reasons:

 

1. I just found out there were forums here. 

2. I read the Rules and loved every one of them. 

 

My story is that I'm 31 and have always been fairly active. My father was a health nut and that really rubbed off on me. I'm a runner by trade but will occasionally go to a rock climbing gym or a hot yoga class. I'd do both more but its father away than my running sneakers are. I originally started coming here because it was the only fitness site I've found that didn't immediately dismiss bodyweight exercises (and instead embraced them). 

 

I'm getting a lot more active in the site because its time I got my diet in line with my otherwise healthy life style. I'm hoping to share some experiences, get some advice, and meet some decent people.
