So in the past I've gotten really motivated started a fitness program and ran out of motivation for many reasons.. Learning from that today and moving forward I will live by three words (maybe more later!!) PreparationPatiencePerseverance Preparation : I have printed out my workout spread sheets, work out schedule, I have reviewed the videos so I am clear on form and technique and I have read and re-read the N.F. guides. Plus more! Patience: I know its not going to happen over night, its a work in progress. Its everyday for the rest of my life which Im really excited about! Perseverance: Keep going, never give up.
