Starting Rookie Workout tomorrow. Preparing battle plan today!

Hi,

Today I'm hitting reset. Wiping the slate clean.

Tomorrow I press START!

 

So in the past I've gotten really motivated started a fitness program and ran out of motivation for many reasons..

 

Learning from that today and moving forward I will live by three words (maybe more later!!)

 

Preparation

Patience

Perseverance

 

Preparation : I have printed out my workout spread sheets, work out schedule, I have reviewed the videos so I am clear on form and technique and I have read and re-read the N.F. guides. Plus more!

 

Patience: I know its not going to happen over night, its a work in progress. Its everyday for the rest of my life which Im really excited about!

 

Perseverance: Keep going, never give up.

 

 

 

I'm feeling more confident this time. Why?   Cos I've got Nerd Fitness this time.

So game on....

Let it begin....

STR 3, DEX 1, STA 4, CON 2, WIS 6, CHA 4.
