Karl UK Posted January 6, 2014 Report Share Posted January 6, 2014 After quite a few years of knowing that I need to get my backside into gear and get fit (ie lose body fat, increase cardio ability and build strength), I stumbled across the NF site and WOW. Some great stuff on here! Anyway, I live in the UK, have a "significant" birthday later this year and have given myself 6 months to get to where I want to be. I'm 6'2", 189lbs. Little upper body strength (I almost begin to cry at the thought of doing a pull up or dip ). I'm off to have a browse of the forums, and get myself an NF t-shirt ordered !
