LaylaVi Posted January 6, 2014 Report Share Posted January 6, 2014 So today was my first workout using the 'Starting Strength' plan, and i'm pretty happy with how I did!Lifted 27.5kg for my squats and deadlifts, my highest up until then was 17.5kg.Shame I can't do a full press up yet, but progress is progress.
