Fruitloopbabe Posted January 8, 2014 Report Share Posted January 8, 2014 My husband and I have been doing the BBWW for the last week. To start with I had a lot of complaints and wanted to quit ALOT!I struggled to do most of it and had enough after the warm up alone. I struggled so much with it but in just three sessions I have a HUGE improvement with all my work out. I started tonight's workout feeling grumpy and irritated also instead of complaints during my workout I was giving my husband high fives through out it and I was actually concentrating so hard at my form that I kept doing more push ups with ease than I was suppose to do. Fruitloopbabe Posted January 9, 2014 Author Report Share Posted January 9, 2014 Another w00t I had was today I put a pair of jeans on that didnt fit me two weeks ago (a good 10cm away from fitting) and they fit me, with some room to spare oO so pleased things are changing so fast.
